It is the responsibility of the named person (usually the bride) to read the terms and conditions and accept responsibility for all booking conditions. By proceeding to secure a booking by paying a deposit, you accept that you are entering into a contract with ‘Sarah’s mobile hair’.
Minimum booking fees
The price and package agreed during the consultation is non-negotiable and the full amount will still be payable even if not all services agreed in the consultation are required. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all members of the bridal party are aware of this. Following the consultation, you may add extra services to the quote upon negotiation.
For Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday bookings there is a minimum booking of £250 for the total package cost.
There is a £50 surcharge for bank holidays.
I cover an area of 30 miles round trip from my home address. Every additional mile is charged at 42p per mile. Any parking/toll charges will need to be paid by the client.
Deposits and payments
A £40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date. Without paying this deposit your wedding date is not guaranteed. The deposit will be taken out of your final balance.
Half of the full balance will be due at the trial. If the client prefers to pay via bank transfer, this will be required 24 hours prior to the trial.
The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the wedding day. If the payment is not made 7 days prior, warning will be given and if payment is still not made, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be returned.
If for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, you must do this in writing 6 weeks before your wedding. If notice is given after this time, the full outstanding amount is payable.
During the trial, if the client agrees they are pleased with the results of the trial and then decides they would like another trial at a later date; The full price of a trial will be charged again.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your appointment (this has never happened to date!), I would endeavour to find another fully qualified stylist and all monies paid will be refunded.
